hwi has various teaching placements available. Volunteers are welcome to participate in this project to help impart knowledge to the many children that await your volunteer service. You can teach in the nursery or basic schools and technical schools. Subjects to choose from include English, Maths, Science, Computer, French, Business among others.

This project is targeted at pre-med, medical students and health professionals. Depending on your experience and area of specialty, you will carry out diagnostics and prescriptions (treatment) or assist local medical staff. Opportunities are also available for you to understudy nurses, health workers or doctors.

Owing to this, the education authorities in Ghana have introduced entrepreneurship education in technical and vocational schools.
