Before you apply, you need to be sure of the following:

• Read through our projects and select any project of interest. If you have your tailor made project, please contact us and let us know about what you intend doing.
• Decide your start date
• Decide your duration of stay
• Are you volunteering alone or in a group?
• What's your motivation to volunteer

We have general volunteer application form and project specific application forms. The project specific application forms can be accessed right on the project page. Use that to get direct responses to projects that you have decided to volunteer. You can also use our general volunteer application form. We will respond immediately we receive your application form.

If you are unable to access our application form online, please contact us and we shall send the application form to your email. 

We give swift response to all applications we receive. Expect your placement details as soon as your application form has been received.

If you have submitted your application form and did not hear from us early enough, please contact us with a follow up email.

Upon receiving your placement details, read through it carefully. Respond to the email and ask questions if you have any.

• We respond to your questions.
• We send you a letter of invitation and  information on how to obtain your visa in your country. Before obtaining your visa, you must first book your flight as your flight information is required to be entered in the itinerary column on your visa form.
• We send you additional information where necessary.

Keep us informed about your flight information and visa.

You make payment after securing your visa. When you are ready to make payment, let us know and we shall send you information on how you can make payment.

We will stay in touch with you until you arrive. You are free to ask questions and get well prepared before your arrival.
